Privacy notice

Version 1.1, 1 November 2026. This notice explains how Altivon LLC, 102 Gold Ave SW, Ste 693, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA, handles personal information about people at the businesses we work with or write to. Contact: alejandro@altivon.us.

What we collect

  • Business contact details that a company publishes on its own website, such as a team member's name, role and work email address, together with the page we found them on and the date.
  • What you send us: the start form, your emails, and the details of your requests.
  • Billing details: your company's name, billing address, billing email and tax number, which go on our invoices, and how and when you paid. A payment in USDC is recorded on a public blockchain, as every such payment is.
  • This site keeps no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect it.

Why we use it

  • To write to a business once, by email, about a service relevant to the role of the person we write to, with a free piece of work for them. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses; we send at most two short follow-ups and stop at the first sign you are not interested.
  • To answer you, deliver the work you ask for, bill you and keep the records the law requires (the basis is our contract with you and our legal obligations).

Your choices

  • Reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any email from us, or write to alejandro@altivon.us, and we will not write to you again. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list only so that we never write again.
  • You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to run the service: Fastmail (email), Cloudflare (website and forms), Anthropic (the AI models that do the work) and our bank, for payments by bank transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Some of these providers are in the United States; where the law requires it, transfers rely on their standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Prospects who do not become clients: up to 12 months after our last email, then deleted (except the do-not-contact list).
  • Clients: for as long as the service runs and then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
