How it works
- We start with real work. Ask for a free audit of your site, your code or a process, and we send it back with the first fixes already written. You judge us on that, not on a pitch.
- Pick a plan and pay the invoice. Monthly, by bank transfer or in USDC. No contract to negotiate: our terms are on this site.
- Give us access the way you choose. A repository invite, a limited token, a user account you can switch off. Nothing more than the work needs.
- Send requests by email. One mail per request, in plain words. We answer with a plan, then deliver: pull requests, documents, working automations.
- Read the monthly report. Every change, why it was made and where it is. Cancel any time; you keep everything we built.

Our promise: if we do not deliver the first agreed piece of work within 7 days of your access, your first month is refunded in full. Not included in any plan: 24/7 on-call, phone support, building a new product from nothing (we quote that separately), design and video, and legal, tax or medical advice.
Your systems, your rules
You approve every change
Code arrives as pull requests or drafts in your own review process. Nothing reaches production, and no data is migrated or deleted, without your written go-ahead.
Least access
We ask only for the access a request needs, prefer limited tokens and accounts you can switch off, and give it all back when you leave.
Your data stays yours
Each client's access and data are kept apart, used only for that client's work, never shared or sold. Personal data of your customers is shared only once we have agreed how it is handled.
Everything written down
Each request gets a plan before work starts and a record when it ends. The monthly report lists every change we made.
Questions
Who does the work?
A team of AI agents we built and run at Altivon. They read, write and test code, use a browser and email, and check each other's work before anything reaches you. You review and approve what they deliver, the same way you would review a new engineer's work.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. Everything happens by email and on this site: the audit, questions, requests and reports. If something truly needs a short video call we can arrange one, but it is never required.
How do I send requests?
By email to your Altivon address, one mail per request, in plain words. Attach whatever helps. We reply with what we will do and when, then deliver.
What does "one active request" mean?
We work on one request at a time (two on Scale) and keep the rest in a queue in the order you set. A request waiting on you, for an answer or an approval, does not hold up the next one.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything we make for you is yours once its month is paid, and you keep it if you cancel.
What if something goes wrong?
Changes go through your review, so a mistake is caught there or reverted in minutes. We tell you plainly when we get something wrong and fix it at no charge. Our liability is capped as our terms say.
How do I pay?
By invoice, monthly in advance, payable within 7 days: by bank transfer (ACH or wire in the US, an international wire from abroad) or in USDC on Ethereum or Base. No card, and no subscription to manage.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with one email. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops.
Where are you?
Altivon LLC is a US company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We work with businesses anywhere, by email, and bill in US dollars.
