Altivon Operations
Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Version 1.1, 1 November 2026. These terms are an agreement between Altivon LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company at 102 Gold Ave SW, Ste 693, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA ("Altivon", "we") and the business that subscribes to Altivon Operations or asks us for an audit ("you"). You accept them when you pay for a plan or send our start form. You confirm that you act for a business, not as a consumer, and that you may bind it.

1. The service

Altivon Operations is a monthly service in which a team of AI agents that we build and run does work you request: software changes, security and dependency upkeep, automations, research and reports, and web, browser and email tasks. The plans, their limits and our promises are as stated on ops.altivon.us on the day you subscribe. We may decline a request that falls outside your plan, that we cannot do well, or that would be unlawful or unsafe; we tell you why.

The work is done by AI systems. We check it before delivery, and every change comes to you for review, but AI output can be wrong. Review what we deliver before you rely on it, and verify factual claims in research and reports before you act on them.

2. Requests and delivery

  • You send requests by email to the address we give you. We reply with what we will do and, where it matters, how long it will take.
  • We deliver through your own review route where one exists: pull requests, a staging site, drafts. You decide what is merged, published or deployed.
  • We do not deploy to production, migrate or delete data, spend your money, or send messages in your name unless you ask us to do that specific thing in writing.
  • A deliverable is accepted when you merge, publish or use it, or 10 days after delivery if you raise no problem. If something we delivered does not do what we agreed, tell us and we fix it at no charge.
  • Each month we send a written report of the work done and the changes made.

3. Your systems and access

  • You give us the access a request needs, in the way you choose. We prefer limited tokens, repository invitations and accounts you can switch off to shared passwords.
  • You confirm that you are allowed to give us that access and that our use of it as you request does not breach anyone else's terms or rights.
  • We keep credentials in an access-controlled store, never in code, documents or email of ours, use them only for your work, and remove them within 7 days after your subscription ends. You may revoke access at any time.
  • Keep your own backups. We are not responsible for loss caused by changes you approved or by systems we were not asked to touch.

4. Fees, renewal and cancellation

  • Plans are invoiced monthly in advance in US dollars and renew each month until cancelled. Each invoice is payable within 7 days, by bank transfer to the account it names or in USDC on a network and to an address it names; you pay your own bank's or network's fees, so that the full amount arrives. Work on a new plan starts once its first invoice is paid. Prices exclude taxes; where a tax applies you pay it. For business customers outside the US, the reverse charge applies where your law provides for it, and you give us your VAT or tax number.
  • You may cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; we do not refund past or partial months, except under our promise below.
  • Our promise: if we do not deliver the first agreed piece of work within 7 days after you give us the access it needs, we refund your first month in full on request, by the method you paid with.
  • Prices of an active plan change only with 30 days' notice by email; a price we promised for a fixed time does not change during that time.
  • If an invoice is not paid within 14 days after it is due, we may pause the work until it is.

5. Ownership

Everything we create for you under these terms (code, documents, configurations, reports) belongs to you once the month in which it was made is paid, and we assign to you any rights we have in it. We keep our general know-how, our own tools and anything we made before or independently of your work. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences.

6. Confidentiality and data

  • We keep your non-public information confidential, use it only to do your work, and do not sell or share it, except with the service providers listed below as they are needed to deliver the service. Each client's information is kept apart from every other client's.
  • Service providers we use: Anthropic (AI models), Cloudflare (this website and its forms), Fastmail (email) and, where you use them, your own code host and tools.
  • Personal data: do not share personal data of your customers or staff with us unless a request needs it. Where it does and the data is subject to the GDPR or the UK GDPR, we agree a data processing agreement with you first and process that data only on your instructions.
  • We may say that you are a client only with your permission.

7. What we will not do

We do not take on work that is unlawful, that breaks another service's terms, that deceives people, or that tests the security of systems you do not own or are not authorised to test.

8. Liability

  • We do the work with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that and the promises in these terms, the service is provided "as is", without other warranties.
  • Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data.
  • Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
  • These limits do not apply to a party's fraud, wilful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Ending

Either party may end the service at the end of a paid month. Either may end it at once if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of notice. When the service ends we hand over anything in progress that you paid for, remove our access and credentials, and delete your non-public information within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as invoices).

10. General

  • New Mexico law governs these terms, and the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country says otherwise for you.
  • We may update these terms for new subscriptions; changes for an active plan take effect only with 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they do.
  • Notices go by email: to us at alejandro@altivon.us, to you at the address you subscribed with.
  • These terms are the whole agreement about the service unless we both sign something else.
